A juice is a liquid with animal or plant origins. Sometimes offered in a concentrated form, it then need the addition of water to reconstitute the liquid to a state close to the original. Any juice has a level of purity defined. Some countries have it set at 100%. Many people tend to confuse juice with squash. The later is an artificial juice that needs to be diluted with water in order to be consumed.
