Cricket is a bat and ball sport game played between two teams of eleven players each. The playing surface is a grass field with a twenty meter long flat strip (the pitch) of ground located at the center. The end of the pitch is marked by three wooden stakes that together with two smaller crosspieces (bails) form the wickets. To score in cricket a run needs to be made from the position where the batter stands to one of the wickets.
