Guitars are stringed musical instruments. They are very popular and is used in a variety of musical genres from folk to heavy metal. There are 3 types of guitars: acoustic, electric and classical. A guitar is composed of the body, which acts as a resonator. It is hollow for acoustic guitar and solid for most electric guitars. The neck is the second element of the guitar and is prolonged by a headstock.
