Scottish cuisine is like British cuisine In fact Scottish cuisine gets some of its influence from all types of European cuisine. Scotland isn’t known for its food except for haggis which is a sheep’s internal organs. Some other Scottish cuisine includes: shortbread, whiskey, deep fried Mars bar, butter tart, Empire biscuits, and white pudding. Scotch is a popular drink that is served with Scottish cuisine.
