Tallinn is the capitol of Estonia, which is a country in northeastern Europe. They became a member of the European Union in 2004. It is a tourist resort during the summer months, but gets frigid during the winter months. They get to temperatures of below freezing during the winter months and have some of the longest summer days and longest winter nights.
