How to be a fan of penn state football team

If you are interested in being a diehard Penn State football fan, rather than just a follower of the team, then you could do worse than take the advise offered here.

Method
- Buy all the gear that the team offer to fans. If you are a girl, put your hair up with ribbons in the team colours. If you are a man, get a blue and white wig.
- Be sure that you are prepared on the day of the game. Lay out everything the night before, and check that you have the lot.
- Research the team. Go online and find out all you can about the players and what numbers they’ll be playing in.
- Get up early on the day of the game, and put on all your Penn State gear. Paint your face in the team colours, and put on your hair accessories.
- Make sure that you are there when the ground opens, which is over an hour before the game starts. That way, you’ll be sure to get a good seat.
- You should have learnt the team songs previously, and this is the time to start using that knowledge.
- Near the end of the game, go down to the tunnel and wait for the players to come off the field. Cheer them as they go through the tunnel.

Hints
- Don’t bring bags with you, as you will have to queue separately to get into the game.
- Don’t stalk the team by following them everywhere. Be respectful of their privacy.
- Don’t get so drunk that you become obnoxious or unpleasant. No-one likes that sort of fan.
- Support your team. Regardless of how they do, never mind if they win or lose, cheer them. Don’t be a fair-weather fan who can’t see beyond the last result.
