French cuisine is the most popular international cuisines. This is because many people travel to France in order to sample French food. France is known for its food and drink. Many people have claimed that while the United States has the best meats and poultry; French cuisine has the best cheeses, wines, and breads. French cuisine is prepared with a variety of sauces that are prepared with red or white wine and butter or cream. French cuisine is very rich. Red or white wine is usually served with French cuisine. Today, French cuisine can be prepared with no sauces and without cream or butter because many people are health conscious. But, many people like butter and cream on French cuisine. French cuisine is also influenced by the Mediterranean Sea. Some of the side dishes that are put with French cuisine are vegetables such as green beans, potatoes, and butter with plenty of butter. All dairy products, especially cheese are very important for French cuisine. Sometimes, in French cuisine cheese or a cream sauce are poured over vegetables and potatoes.
